He has experience in designing, developing, and facilitating robust soft skills and technical training in the organizations he has worked for. He also has a Masters in Data Analytics that he has used to implement analytics efforts for training-related data to aid in curriculum development, course evaluation, and leadership decision-making and strategic planning.
