Servant leadership begins with you

This course introduces what the concept of Servant Leadership means to us as individuals. You will explore each of the characteristics of being a Servant Leader for yourself through being self-aware, with a chance to use your Birkman reports titled Map Summary, Understanding Areas of Interest, Influence Others if you have taken the assessment. You will then further explore having empathy, and foresight. You will finish up the Servant Leader for Self course with a self-assessment which will help you determine where you need more learning as a Servant Leader.
