Volunteer Onboarding Bundle

This bundle includes courses to help newly-appointed volunteers onboard to the organization and their role as a volunteer, including Organization Onboarding and the Certified Fraternity Volunteer Exam.

Organization Onboarding

This course provides Fraternity volunteers with a baseline understanding of Fraternity operations, our Learning and Leadership Development offerings, and how the Alpha Kappa Psi Foundation supports the Fraternity.

Volunteer Orientation

Volunteer Orientation provides an overview of Alpha Kappa Psi - including its core values, our strategy, code of conduct, and information on our Foundation. After completing the course you will be considered a Qualified Fraternity Volunteer.

Introduction to Coaching

Coaching is a process where a designated coach works with a coachee to improve performance. This course provides education on what coaching is, as well as identifies skills utilized in coaching.

Conduct

This course will review how to consider the health and safety of all Alpha Kappa Psi members and volunteers through the lens of the understanding and applying the conduct policies.

Introduction to Inclusive Leadership

This course provides an introduction to inclusive leadership, including understanding diversity, equity, and inclusion, common terminology, and introductions to several DEI topics.

Exploring Unconscious Bias

This course, created in partnership with the Professional Fraternity Association (PFA), provides an introduction to unconscious bias and the opportunity to take the Harvard Implicit Bias tests to examine your own biases.

Reframing Respect

You might have experienced microaggressions, and you might have been the aggressor. These comments aren't so tiny, and they can be disrespectful. This course looks at microaggressions from a lens of understanding and empowerment to reframe respect.
